Resolutions General Meeting of Shareholders
SAP services provider Ctac N.V. (Ctac) announces that, during the General Meeting of Shareholders held today, the following resolutions have been adopted.
Supervisory Board
The General Meeting of Shareholders has appointed Mr Ed Kraaijenzank as member of the Supervisory Board. The General Meeting of Shareholders has reappointed Mr Herman Olde Hartmann. His reappointment concerns a second term of four years. Mr Ad van den Huijsen has ended his third term and has therefore stepped down from the Supervisory Board of Ctac, in accordance with the (re)appointment schedule.
Next to Mr Olde Hartmann (Chairman) and Mr Kraaijenzank, the Supervisory Board further comprises of Mr Hans Jägers.
Dividend
In line with the dividend proposal, the General Meeting of Shareholders approved a dividend payment of EUR 0.13 per share in cash for the financial year 2008.
