Director retirement and related Board changes

Following the conclusion of the Company's AGM on 20 July 2022, John Evans retired as a non-executive Director and Chairman of the Company.  As previously indicated within the Company's Annual Report to 31 March 2022, Andrew Watkins will now become the Chairman of the Board and also the Nomination Committee. Andrew Watkins was the Senior Independent Director and Stephen Mitchell will now assume this role.
