The Directors of the Company have resolved that a third interim dividend of 2.55 pence per ordinary share be paid in respect of the year ending 30 September 2020. The dividend will be paid on 30 September 2020 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 4 September 2020 with an ex-dividend date of 3 September 2020.
