Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein is information regarding the Company’s press release of January 12, 2009 announcing preliminary fourth quarter 2008 financial information.

ITEM 2.06. MATERIAL IMPAIRMENTS

In conjunction with the preparation of the Company’s financial statements for 2008, the Company expects to include a noncash impairment charge of approximately 27 cents per share related to the write-down of its investment in The Greenbrier resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.
