On May 20, 2021, CSW Industrials, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
