ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE PARTICIPATION IN

2021 ONLINE COLLECTIVE RECEPTION ACTIVITY FOR INVESTORS

Yanzhou Coal Mining Company Limited (the “ Company ”) will participate in the 2021 online collective reception activity for investors of listed companies in Shandong region (the “ Online Collective Reception Activity ”) on 16 November 2021. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.

1. Description of the event

In order to strengthen communication with investors and to improve the transparency, as well as the standardised operation and corporate governance of the Company, the Company will participate in the Online Collective Reception Activity jointly held by Shandong Securities Regulatory Bureau, the Listed Companies Association of Shandong and organized by Shenzhen Quanjing Network Co., Ltd.

2. Time and mode of the event

Time of the event: 14:00 p.m.-16:00 p.m., 16 November 2021 (Tuesday)

Mode of the event: the Company will log on to the online platform to participate in the Online Collective Reception Activity

Online platform: Quanjing · Roadshow （http://rs.p5w.net/）

3. Participants of the Company

Members of the Company attending the Online Collective Reception Activity include: Mr. Huang Xiaolong, director and secretary of the board of directors of the Company, Ms. Shang Xiaoyu, securities representative, and other members in charge of the relevant businesses.

4. Method of participation for investors

Investors may log on to the Quanjing · Roadshow (http://rs.p5w.net/) in the course of the Online Collective Reception Activity to participate in the Online Collective Reception Activity and communicate directly with the Company online.
