The Appendix 3B also referred to the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced by CSL on 14 December 2021. The number of shares to be issued pursuant to the SPP is dependent on take up by eligible shareholders and subject to any scale-back at CSL's discretion.

The SPP offer opens on 21 December 2021 and closes on 7 February 2022. Shares to be allotted under the SPP are expected to be issued on 14 February 2022.
