Chief Financial Officer Succession

CSL Limited (ASX:CSL; USOTC:CSLLY) today announces that Mr Ken Lim, CSL’s Chief Strategy Officer, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective 7 October 2025. Ms Joy Linton will step down from the role from this date.

Ms Linton will remain with the Company for a period, working with CSL’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Dr Paul McKenzie, and Mr Lim to ensure an orderly transition and then she will retire.

CSL’s Board of Directors would like to thank Ms Linton for the valuable contribution she has made to CSL since being named CFO in October 2020 and wishes her the best for her retirement.

Dr McKenzie said: “Joy has been an impactful leader over the past five years and has built a strong finance team. Joy’s extensive experience and leadership skills have been invaluable over this time, and we thank her for her contributions to CSL”.

Mr Lim joined CSL in 2013 and has served as CSL’s Chief Strategy Officer since August 2023. Mr Lim has held multiple leadership positions across CSL, including Head of Strategy and Finance at CSL Seqirus for several years.

Dr McKenzie said: “Ken’s appointment is a reflection of the depth of executive talent at the company. He has more than a decade of experience in senior executive roles at CSL and will bring strategic thinking and a wealth of knowledge to the CFO role. We look forward to Ken’s continued efforts as we work together to continue to deliver enduring impact for our patients, our people and our shareholders.”
