EXECUTIVE ARRANGEMENTS
CSL Limited (ASX:CSL; USOTC:CSLLY) wishes to advise investors of a temporary change in its senior leadership team.
For personal reasons, Mr Andy Schmeltz, Executive Vice President, CSL Behring, will take a temporary period of caregivers leave, effective immediately. CSL fully supports Mr Schmeltz in taking this time away and sends his family our support and best wishes.
For the period of Mr Schmeltz’s leave, Ms Joy Linton, CSL’s Chief Financial Officer, will move into the role of Interim Executive Vice President, CSL Behring. Ms Linton is one of CSL’s most experienced executives and will work closely with CSL’s Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and senior leaders to ensure the continuity of CSL Behring’s operations during this period. Ms Linton will also liaise regularly with Mr Schmeltz.
Mr John Levy, CSL’s Deputy Chief Financial Officer will step into the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer for this period. Mr Levy is an experienced leader in CSL’s Finance Team.
