CSL APPOINTS NEW COMPANY SECRETARY
CSL Limited (ASX:CSL; USOTC:CSLLY) – CSL Limited today announces that Ms Fiona Mead has been appointed as Company Secretary and Head of Group Governance at CSL. Ms Mead will commence in this role on 4 June 2018.
Fiona was previously the Company Secretary and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at TABCORP Limited.
Prior to that, she was the Company Secretary at Asciano Limited. She also served as Assistant Company Secretary at Telstra Corporation.
Ms Mead holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce. She is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
