CSL ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
CSL Limited (ASX:CSL; USOTC:CSLLY) – CSL today announced that Mr Maurice Renshaw, has indicated his intention to retire from the CSL Board at the conclusion of the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 18 October 2017.
Mr Renshaw has been a Director since July 2004. He has been Chairman of CSL’s Innovation and Development Committee since its establishment in 2008. During this time, he has been a strong supporter of CSL’s strategy to expand its research and development activities, which has seen the successful launch of our new recombinant products, AFSTYLA® (rFVII) and IDELVION® (rFIX) in recent times.
Professor Shine said “Maurice has been contributed enormously to the Board over an extended period, especially in his capacity as Chair of the Innovation and Development Committee since 2008. I would like to express my sincere thanks for his outstanding service as a director.”
