CSL Limited advises that Mr Edward Bailey, CSL's Company Secretary and Australian General Counsel, has resigned as Company Secretary effective from today, 21 December 2017. Mr Bailey will continue in his position as Australian General Counsel.

Mr John Levy remains as the Company's sole Company Secretary.
