CSE Global Secures Orders Worth US$15 Million to Provide Critical Communications Services Globally to Hyperscaler Data Centres and Offices

Singapore, 24 April 2025 – CSE Global Limited (“ CSE Global ” or the “ Group ”), a global systems integrator providing electrification, communications and automation solutions, today announced that its United States wholly-owned subsidiary, CSE Crosscom USA, Inc., has secured orders amounting to US$15 million (approximately S$20.1 million) to deliver critical communications services to a major data centre hyperscaler (“hyperscaler”).

The scope of work includes the engineering design, installation, and ongoing maintenance of advanced communications networks, and is slated for execution from 2025 to 2028. This involves the installation of mission-critical two-way radio systems and Distributed Antenna Systems across a range of environments, including new builds, existing data centres, and office facilities operated by the hyperscaler throughout the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe regions.

Mr Lim Boon Kheng, Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CSE Global , said, “Securing these new orders with hyperscalers illustrates our ability to customise our solutions for different applications and industries, as well as the healthy demand for communications solutions within the data centre sector. As we create more synergies with recently acquired RFC Wireless, Inc., we believe there is room for further growth within this sector as demand for AI continues to rise, driven by its transformative potential across industries.”

RFC Wireless, Inc. was acquired in August 2024 as part of CSE’s strategy to expand and grow its Communications businesses in the infrastructure industry markets. In the last quarter of 2024, CSE successfully penetrate the data centre market.

These contracts are not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share or earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year. None of the directors or substantial shareholders of CSE Global has any interest, direct or indirect, in the contracts.
