executed, and particulars thereof, if so required by law, have been filed with the Registrar of
Companies.

Remarks (if any):

As the Company is incorporated in the People’s Republic of China, the concept of “authorised share capital” is not applicable. The information shown as “authorised share capital” in section I above refers to the “registered share capital” of the Company. (On 28 December 2020, the - Company completed the registration procedures of non public issuance of new A shares for 110,309,559 shares. However, new A shares after the issuance are in process of the business registration of change in registered share capital. For details, please refer to the announcement published by the Company on 27 January 2021.)
