Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and in continuation to our letter no. SEC/175/2023 dated June 3, 2023, we wish to inform you that the shareholders of the Bank in the 102[nd] Annual General Meeting of the Bank held on August 8, 2023, approved the appointment of Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, 11[th] Floor, Tower II, One International Center, Senapati Bapat Marg, West, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400013, Firm Registration Number : 001076N/N500013 as one of the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank, for a continuous period of three (3) years (from FY 2023-24 to FY 2025-26), to hold office from the conclusion of the 102[nd] Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 105[th] Annual General Meeting of the Bank, subject to the specific approval of Reserve Bank of India for each year during their tenure in terms of Section 30(1A) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.
