Intimation of Ninety Ninth (99th) Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Book Closure for AGM.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is to inform you that the Ninety Ninth (99th) Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Members of the Bank will be held on Monday, July 20, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") in compliance with Companies Act, 2013 read with General Circular numbers 20/2020 dated May 05, 2020, 14/2020 dated April 08, 2020, 17/2020 dated April 13, 2020 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and all other applicable laws and circulars issued by MCA, Government of India and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Notice of the AGM will be submitted separately, as and when the same is dispatched to the members of the Bank.
Further, pursuant to section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from Tuesday, July 14, 2020 to Monday, July 20, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.
This intimation is also available on the website of the Bank at www.csb.co.in.
