Hans Erik Robbestad, Board Member in Omda AS, has today acquired 1,500 shares in Omda AS at an average price of NOK 42.00 per share. The shares were acquired through Ipec AS, a company controlled by Mr. Robbestad. Following the transaction, Mr. Robbestad controls 275,133 shares in Omda AS.
