Le Conseil d'Administration du groupe CS, qui s'est réuni mardi 30 avril 2013, a décidé, au vu de l'état d'avancement des discussions entre le groupe et ses partenaires bancaires et financiers, de reporter l'arrêté des comptes de l'exercice 2012.

Dans l'attente de la finalisation et de la signature de l'accord en discussion, le groupe a demandé une suspension de cotation à Euronext.

The CS Board meeting, held on April 30, 2013, decided, taking into account the status of the discussions between the group and its banking and financial partners, to postpone the approval of the 2012 financial statements.

Pending the finalization and the signing of the agreement under discussion, the group requested Euronext to suspend the trading of its equity.
