CS cède sa participation de 51% dans USB GmbH

CS a cédé sa participation de 51% dans USB GmbH à Philotech GmbH.

USB, basée à Munich, propose des solutions de gestion de configuration pour les bureaux d'études, et a réalisé en 2015 un chiffre d'affaires de 2,6 M€ avec un effectif de 28 collaborateurs.

CS reste présent en Allemagne au travers de sa filiale détenue à 100% CS GmbH, basée à Francfort, pour développer notamment ses activités auprès de l'Agence Spatiale Européenne et d'Eumetsat.

CS disposed its 51% stake in USB GmbH to Philotech GmbH.

Based in Munich, USB offers configuration management solutions for engineering departments, posted revenues of € 2.6 million in 2015 with a staff of 28 engineers.

CS maintains its presence in Germany through its wholly owned subsidiary, CS GmbH in Frankfurt, to develop its activities notably with the European Space Agency and Eumetsat.
