CS finalise la cession de son activité Transport (ITS) à Sanef

CS annonce ce jour avoir cédé son activité Transport au groupe Sanef, opérateur de service global et spécialiste des infrastructures de mobilité, pour une valeur d'entreprise de 15 M€.

Le groupe rappelle avoir reçu de Sanef, le 21 août dernier, une offre ferme pour le rachat de son activité Transport, offre pour laquelle CS avait consenti une exclusivité jusqu'au 31 octobre 2012.

Cette opération concrétise le recentrage stratégique de CS et s'inscrit dans le processus de désendettement du groupe et de renforcement de ses fonds propres qui sera à compléter par une opération d'augmentation de capital.

CS announced today the disposal of its Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Activity to Sanef Group, global road service infrastructure provider and in mobility specialist, for an enterprise value of € 15m.

The Group had received from Sanef, on August 21st, a binding offer to acquire its Intelligent Transportation Systems Business Unit, for which CS had granted exclusivity until 31 October 2012.

This operation materializes the strategic refocusing of CS and is in line with the process of deleveraging and equity strengthening of the group which will be reinforced by a new shares equity issuance.
