Appointments CS

Yves GUEYFFIER was appointed Managing Director of the Business Unit "Aerospace, Industry & Energy"

Yves GUEYFFIER was since 2006 Dassault Falcon's CEO, a subsidiary of Dassault specializing in aircraft maintenance and operation. Through all of his career, Yves GUEYFFIER has built up extensive experience in industrial services for the benefit of aerospace, defense & automotive.

In an increasingly competitive economic environment, Yves GUEYFFIER priority task will be to implement a new dynamic development in France and abroad and to ensure the necessary support that the subsidiaries in Germany, Romania and Canada, keep on growing.

Also Yves GUEYFFIER will coordinate the group's activities in France Southwest Region (Toulouse, Bordeaux, Pau), where the group has over 850 employees.

Marc KARAKO was appointed Chief Financial Officer

Marc Karako has more than 16 years experience as CFO of major international groups. He was previously Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer of Carlson Wagonlit Travel.

Marc Karako ensures accountability of controlling, accounting, treasury, purchasing, information systems and pricing.
