Transaction in Own Shares and

Change to Total Voting Rights

The Board of Crystal Amber Fund Limited announces that, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 22 November 2023, on 15 December 2023 the Company purchased 201,500 of its own ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 67.752 pence per share. These shares will be cancelled.

Following this transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 99,548,262 and the total number of Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares by the Company is 16,518,762. Therefore, the total  number of voting rights in the Company is 83,029,500 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
