2024 AGM Voting Update Statement

At the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 13 December 2024, the Company received the following negative votes (as a proportion of the total votes cast) in respect of the following resolutions:

These against votes were detailed in the Company's RNS Announcement of 13 December 2024 together with the details of the proxy votes for the AGM.

At the time of the AGM, the Company was not aware of any attempts by shareholders that voted against the resolutions to make contact with the Company regarding those resolutions. The Fund has since identified dissenting shareholders and has contacted the substantial dissenting shareholder to seek their views. The Fund will provide further updates once discussions are concluded or any necessary action taken.
