Letter to shareholders of Allied Minds plc

On 18 February 2022, the Company announced that it had sent to the board of Allied Minds plc ("Allied Minds") a requisition notice requiring Allied Minds to convene a general meeting at which a resolution would be proposed to remove Harry Rein as a non-executive director.  On 9 March 2022, the Board of Allied Minds announced that a general meeting had been convened for 5 April 2022.  The Company announces that a letter explaining the Fund's reasons for issuing the requisition notice has been sent to the Board of Allied Minds with a request that it is sent to all the shareholders of Allied Minds plc.  A copy of the letter to the shareholders of Allied Minds is available on the Company's website: www.crystalamber.com.
