SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of Melco LottVentures Limited (the “Company”), trading in the shares of the Company on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. on 8 September 2008 pending the release of an announcement in relation to a major transaction of the Company involving issue of consideration shares and convertible bonds, which is price sensitive in nature.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board consists of two executive Directors, namely, Mr. CHAN Sek Keung, Ringo and Mr. KO Chun Fung, Henry; and three independent non-executive Directors, namely, Mr. David TSOI, Mr. PANG Hing Chung, Alfred and Mr. SO Lie Mo, Raymond.
