CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Crypto Flow Technology Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Ms. Chow Chiu Man Mandy ("Ms. Chow") has tendered her resignation as (i) the company secretary of the Company (the "Company Secretary"); (ii) the authorised representative of the Company under Rule 5.24 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM (the "GEM Listing Rules") of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange"); and (iii) the authorised representative of the Company for accepting service of process and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (collectively, the "Authorised Representative") with effect from 23 April 2025.

Ms. Chow has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters in relation to her resignation as the Company Secretary and the Authorised Representative that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or the Stock Exchange.

The Board further announces that following the resignation of Ms. Chow, Ms. Li Yuen Shan ("Ms. Li") has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the Authorised Representative with effect from 23 April 2025. Set out below is the biography and background information of Ms. Li:

Ms. Li is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a certified practising accountant (CPA) of CPA Australia. Ms. Li is also an associate of The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) and an associate of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries). She is a holder of the Practitioner's Endorsement Certificate issued by The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute.

She has extensive experience in the corporate secretarial field especially in Hong Kong listed companies. She is also an independent non-executive director of Dadi Education Holdings Limited (a company listed on the GEM Board of the Stock Exchange with stock code: 8417) since 1 April 2024.
