CBI announces the extension to March 31, 2025 of the exercise period for BSA A warrants to acquire CBI shares

The purpose of this extension is to give CBI shareholders more 8me to make their decision, given CBI's current momentum.

CRYPTO BLOCKCHAIN INDUSTRIES ("CBI", Euronext Growth Paris: FR0014007LW0 - ALCBI) announces that Crypto Blockchain Industries, SA ("CBI") announces the extension to March 31, 2025 of the validitý of the BSA A issued on March 13, 2024, validitý initially scheduled for June 30, 2024 and subsequently extended to September 30, 2024.

This extension is intended to give CBI shareholders more time to make their decision, given CBI's current momentum.

CBI announced on September 17 that Brilliantcrypto had entrusted it with the marketing and commercialization of the listing of the \$BRIL token on the Bit2me platform.
