Effective September 24, 2018, Crown Holdings, Inc. (the “ Company ”) has moved its global corporate headquarters and changed its principal executive offices from One Crown Way, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19154 to 770 Township Line Road, Yardley, Pennsylvania 19067.
