On July 28, 2014, Crown Crafts, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company had entered into an agreement to acquire trademarks and related rights associated with certain brands of Kid Brands, Inc. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
