On May 27, 2005, Crown Crafts, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), together with its subsidiaries, entered into an Eighth Amendment to Credit Agreement (the “Amendment”) with the Company’s lenders providing for the amendment of the Company’s Credit Agreement dated as of July 23, 2001, as amended (the “Credit Agreement”). The Amendment revises and supplements certain provisions of the Credit Agreement regarding the issuance of letters of credit and the refinancing and repayment of loans outstanding under the Credit Agreement. A copy of the Amendment is set forth as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference. link1 "Item 9.01. Financial Statements and Exhibits"
