The Company has been notified that, on 16 May 2025, David Stirling (Chief Executive Officer) purchased 6,250 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") in the Company. As a result of the transaction, David Stirling holds 9,250 Shares in the Company, representing 0.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
