The Company has been notified that on 7 October 2024 Mark Cropper (Non-Executive Chair) transferred 59,980 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") in the Company to MAJC Holdings Limited (a company wholly owned by Mark Cropper).

Mark Cropper's interests in the Company have not changed as a result of the transfer and remain as follows:
