The Company has been notified on 23 August 2022 that on the same day, Katie Willink, the wife of Patrick Willink, a Director of the Company, transferred 36,936 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") from James Brearley & Sons nominee account to an account in the name of Katie Willink.

Following the transaction, Patrick Willink's interest in Shares remains unchanged.
