The Company was notified on 12 March 2021 that on 10 March 2021, Robert Maddock, the husband of Isabelle Maddock, a Director of the Company, sold 500 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1,100.0p per Share.

In addition, on 10 March 2021, Robert Maddock also transferred 1,000 Shares to Isabelle Maddock, a Director of the Company.

As a result, Isabelle Maddock's beneficial interest in the Company was reduced by 500 Shares.
