The Company was notified on 18 December 2020 that on 17 December 2020, Joanna Parkins, a PDMR of the Company, sold 85 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1,050.0p per Share.

As a result of the above, Joanna Parkin's beneficial interest in the Company was reduced by 85 Shares.
