PDMR Notification

The Company was notified on 23 January 2020 that on the same day, Mark Cropper, Chairman of the Company, as part of a consolidation exercise, transferred 39,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") from Pershing Nominees to an account in the name of Mark Alexander James Cropper. In addition a further 31,364 Shares were transferred from Svenska Property Nominees to an account in the name of Mark Alexander James Cropper.

Further, 72,899 Shares were transferred from Svenska Property Nominees to an account in the name of Mark Alexander James Cropper (ACC).

Following this transaction, Mr Cropper's share interest remains unchanged as follows:
