The Company was notified on 21 March 2019 that on the same day, Isabelle Maddock, a Director of the Company, sold 1,113 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 966.0p per Share.

Further, the Company was also notified that on the same day, Robert Maddock, the husband of Isabelle Maddock, sold 162 Shares at a price of 972.0p per Share and 968 Shares at a price of 973.0p per Share

As a result, Isabelle Maddock's beneficial interest in the Company has decreased by 2,243 Shares.
