Dividend Declaration

Following the announcement of the Company's financial year end results for the period ended 1 April 2023, the Board has proposed a final dividend of 4.0 pence per Ordinary Share, making a total declared dividend for the period of 6.0 pence per Ordinary share.

Subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 September 2023, the dividend will be paid on or before the 20 October 2023 to all shareholders on the register as at the 8 September 2023 with an ex-dividend date of 7 September 2023.
