Directors' Dealings

The Company was notified on 7 August 2019 that on the same day, Mark Cropper, Chairman, purchased 4,464 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") from two members of the Cropper family at a price of 1,120p per Share.

As a result of the above, Mark Cropper's resultant interest in the Company is as follows:

The total resultant interest of the Concert Party, directly and indirectly comprises 3,612,693 Shares, representing 37.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
