Notification of Transaction of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility

("PDMR")

The Company was notified on 10 July 2019 that on the same day, Joanna Parkins, a PDMR of the Company, sold 207 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 980.125p per Share.

As a result, Joanna Parkin's beneficial interest in the Company has decreased by 207 Shares.
