The Company was notified on 14 December 2018 that on the same day, Julie Atkinson, the wife of Steve Atkinson, a PDMR of the Company, sold 751 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 985.0p per Share.

As a result, Steve Atkinson's beneficial interest in the Company has decreased by 751 Shares.
