Directorate changes

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Miles and Martin Court as Non-Executive Directors, with effect from 9 November 2021.

Sarah has a strong track record in a number of Executive Director roles. She is currently the CEO of Feelunique.com and has held Executive roles in Amazon and Diageo. As a Non-Executive Director, she brings a wealth of commercial experience to support the Group's growth plans. Sarah will join the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations committees.

Martin has a strong track record as both an Executive and Non-Executive Director in listed and private companies. He is currently an Executive Director and Chief Commercial Officer of Victrex plc, a FTSE 250 global chemicals business, and his Directorships include a Non-Executive Director role for Surface Generation Ltd, by virtue of Victrex's shareholding. His commercial and innovation experience, both in the UK and overseas will support the Group's growth plans. Martin will join the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Andrew Hosty is stepping down from the Board in November after serving as a Non-Executive Director. The Board would like to thank Andrew for his commitment and advice during his tenure and wish him well for the future.
