CANCELLATION OF UNSTAPLED UNITS
Cromwell Corporation Limited (which together with Cromwell Diversified Property Trust forms the Cromwell Property Group) was the holder of 275,106 unlisted, unstapled units in the Cromwell Diversified Property Trust.
For administrative reasons, those 275,106 unlisted, unstapled units were cancelled on 25 March 2014 following a withdrawal offer procedure undertaken in accordance with the Cromwell Diversified Property Trust constitution and the Corporations Act (as amended by specific ASIC relief).
The cancellation does not affect the number of CMW stapled securities on issue.
