APPENDIX 3Y – DAVID USASZ (ASX: CMW)

Attached is the Appendix 3Y in relation to the change in Mr David Usasz’ interest in Cromwell Group following his participation in the rights issue.

Mr Usasz holds Cromwell Group stapled securities indirectly via two companies – Bramada Holdings Pty Ltd and Morbride Pty Ltd. Since March 2009, each time either company traded in Cromwell Group securities an Appendix 3Y, referring only to the company that actually traded, was lodged. However, although the Appendix 3Y only referred to the company that traded, it referred to the number of securities held prior to the change, and the number of securities held after the change, by both companies.

The attached Appendix 3Y, and future Appendices 3Y, will now refer to all companies in which Mr Usasz has a direct or indirect interest.
