Cromwell Property Group – Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) Price for distribution period 1 July to 30 September 2014

Cromwell Property Group advises that the issue price of stapled securities to be allocated under the DRP, with respect to the distribution to be paid on or about 12 November 2014, is $0.9509 per stapled security.

The price is calculated in accordance with the DRP rules, being the average of the daily volume weighted average price of Cromwell Property Group stapled securities for the 10 trading days from 7 October 2014 to 20 October 2014 (inclusive). As previously advised no discount will be applied.

The last day for registration to participate in the DRP was the plan record date of 21 October 2014.

The stapled securities to be issued under the DRP will be issued on the same terms and conditions as existing stapled securities issued in Cromwell Property Group.
