Participation in SPP extended to South African securityholders

Cromwell Property Group (ASX: CMW) today announced that it has amended the definition of “Eligible Securityholders” in the Security Purchase Plan Booklet dated 17 December 2012 to include securityholders with a registered address in South Africa provided they were registered as securityholders as at 7pm (Sydney time) on Thursday 6 December 2012.
