SETTLEMENT OF PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS
Further to ASX announcements on 28 November, 29 November and 18 December 2013, Cromwell Property Group (ASX: CMW) confirms settlement of all property transactions have now been completed in accordance with the announced timetable as follows:

Settlement of the LaTrobe Street office property sale was completed on 29 November 2013;

Settlement of the sale of three industrial assets was completed on 18 December, with the fourth, Smithfield, completed on 19 December;
-
Sale of the Prospect Homemaker Centre was completed on 20 December; and
-
The purchase of Northpoint Tower by the Cromwell Partners Trust was completed on 20 December.
