EXTENSION OF DUE DILIGENCE PERIOD ON CENTRO SYNDICATES BUSINESS

Cromwell Group (ASX: CMW) announces it has agreed with Centro to extend Cromwell’s exclusive dealing period for the acquisition of the Centro MCS direct property syndicate funds management business.

Both Centro and Cromwell continue to work cooperatively to finalise discussions as soon as possible.

Cromwell will update the market with further details on the terms and nature of any proposed transaction at the appropriate time.
