RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Real estate investor and fund manager, Cromwell Property Group (ASX: CMW) (Cromwell), today announces its Chief Financial Officer, Michael Wilde, will be leaving Cromwell at the end of December, 2023.
After 18 years with Cromwell, Michael has decided to resign from Cromwell to pursue other interests and opportunities.
Cromwell has commenced a search process for the appointment of Cromwell’s next Chief Financial Officer and will update the market once a new Chief Financial Officer is confirmed.
Jonathan Callaghan, CEO said: “The Board and I would like to thank Michael for his significant contributions and commitment to Cromwell over the past 18 years. We extend our sincere thanks to Michael and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”
