RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR – RICHARD FOSTER

Cromwell Property Group (ASX:CMW) (Cromwell) announces the retirement of Non-executive Director Richard Foster, with effect from the end of the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Cromwell Corporation Limited and General Meeting of the Cromwell Diversified Property Trust (Trust). Mr Richard Foster has retired as a director of Cromwell Corporation Limited and Cromwell Property Securities Limited (the responsible entity of the Trust).

Mr Foster joined the Cromwell Property Group Board in 2005 and has been an active contributor to the Board and its Committees over the years. Cromwell Chairman Geoffrey Levy, AO thanked Mr Foster for his contribution.
